Returns & Exchanges
Items That Are Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Items returned without authorization

Orders outside of our 30-day return policy
- Products that have undergone resizing or other alterations
- Items that have been exchanged previously
- Customized jewelry, such as Custom-designed jewelry pieces
Instructions for Returns & Exchanges:
- Send an email to: lapretti@gmail.com.
- You will receive an email titled “Notification of Your Return Progress from La Pretti” within 48 hours. Within this email, you’ll receive the further return instructions.
- Enclose a copy of your return with the order number, full name and email address. Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method.
- Remember to send an email with the return tracking number once the package is shipped back.
Refunds:
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
